If existing habits and patterns are blocking you from getting your needs met, you can start to set goals that reflect desired outcomes. Holistic health coaching is a goal-oriented practice that holds you accountable to outcomes and employs all facets of your life - including nutrition, physical activity, career, social life, significant relationships, & spirituality - to identify where you feel less satisfied and there is room to grow.
Sometimes we engage the world in ways that disconnect us and break down our support structure. This work focuses on embodied practices to help you develop new patterns and experience greater joy, ease, and satisfaction.
